Embodiment Sessions

A healing modality designed by Chandala using a variety of methods including yoga, meditation, dance and movement. Focusing on the balanced connection of mind, body and emotions, these sessions promote empowerment, transformation and full-feeling.

Chandala’s motivation for developing this system is based on her own journey, the paths that have led to her sanity and joy, and the profound healing she has found in dance.
