Chandala’s life was transformed by yoga and meditation when she met her teacher in 2002.  As with everything Chandala does, she jumped in full force and ran away with the Yogis.  She is a certified Hatha Yoga and Meditation Instructor through the Yogic Medicine Institute.

One of her favorite aspects to focus on in her yoga classes is the ability to deeply relax while working hard.  She believes that if people were able to stay relaxed in their bodies and breath while dealing with work and stress that sanity and kindness would spread like wildfire.


Chandala currently offers private, semi-private and corporate classes.
